When your client books a gig you will notified by a text message.
View the notifications tab within the pingo space APP to see the specifics of the gig that was booked. You can checkout your client’s profile to learn a little bit more about them.
Once you have arrived at the agreed upon location, be sure to put up your printed out pingo space table card to ensure that your client finds you with ease.

If the associate or client needs to change the scheduled time, please contact our Customer Service at: 400-990-0723 so that we can ensure that the payment timeline is correct.
Canceling a clients' reservation can create many inconveniences for them so penalties will be applied for cancellations.
If the associate does a no-show, we will refund the full amount of payment. Please keep your Schedule up-to-date to prevent cancelations. We do understand emergencies, but in order to maintain an excellent client experience, the associate may face penalties for cancelations and no-shows.
The satisfaction of the client and the associate is of utmost importance to us thus the following regulations have been set:

We understand emergency situations and will review disputes to complaints on a case-to-case basis. Pingo space holds the right to make the final discretionary decision.
Client Standards
The associate is obligated only to the scheduled session time, the associate is paid irrespective of the client being late or not showing up.
If a client cancels a session 48 hours in advance no fees are incurred, 24 hours in advance 50% of the fee will be deducted, less than 24 hours 100% of the fee will be deducted.
If the associate does a no-show, we will refund the full amount and give the client something.

When you or your client chooses to involve pingo space, our team will be notified and a dedicated team member will be assigned to your case. They’ll review the information provided by you and your client before making a final decision. Their decision will be based on our policies and the information provided by you and your client.
While we’re always happy to help, it may take more time to reach a solution when pingo space is asked to intervene. Because of this, we recommend only choosing to involve pingo space if you’re unable to work things out with your client directly.
It’s important to keep in mind that pingo space’s decision may not align with the solution you were hoping for. By asking to involve pingo space you’re agreeing to accept the final decision that we reach. Once a decision is made, if deemed appropriate we will process the refund or payment on your behalf.
Welcome and thank you for using pingo space! The pingo space APP mobile application software is operated by Ping Xing Shi Kong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd who is dedicated to creating a third party service platform that assists Chinese locals to connect with international instructors.
Please read this Protocol carefully before visiting and using this software. Click on the button “I have read and agree to comply with the service terms” to accept all terms in order to complete your registration. This means that the client has reached an agreement with us and has accepted all the terms of service.
For the purpose of this contract the term “associate” will be used generally and encompasses all foreign instructors. The term “client” will be used generally and encompasses all (domestic and foreign clients) on the platform. The term “gig” is defined as the actual meet up between the associate and the client.
Pingo space provides a service platform for associates and domestic clients to distribute and search information. By virtue of the platform’s services, both parties may agree on separate service agreements and shall assume the corresponding rights and obligations included in each. In the event any property damage and/or personal injury incurs due to the clients or associates in the process of further meeting, the clients or associates shall pursue, at their own will, legal action against the other party directly. Pingo space is exempt from any liability to compensate any dispute/s caused against both parties due to acceptance of the service agreements.
In order to use the service, all clients need to register for an account. The registration name is the commonly used mobile phone number or email provided by the clients. You will need a password to use the software and confirm it. An identification code sent to you is for account verification before you complete the preliminary registration. Provide your personal information in “Personal Information”. Your individual service records and transactional information are available in the account.
You agree to keep your individual account confidential to prevent unauthorized use of and access to the Software via computer or mobile device. All legal responsibilities related to all activities under the account and the password shall be borne by the person using it.
All information (including but not limited to, personal information, work experience, and videos, etc.) filled out by associates is released on the service platform. Pingo space will perform the due diligence earnestly in checking those deemed as “associates”.However, we cannot make any warranty to the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information.
By posting information or submitting data you give pingo space a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable license to, as to the reasonableness of the pingo space's belief in promoting pingo space, rationally use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, produce derivative work, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit and post on or through, the Services.
The term “service request” refers to the service agreement concluded between associates and domestic clients matched by domestic clients on pingo space subject to their individual demands. After domestic clients have selected the appropriate associate on the platform, a service request is formally generated, if:
Clients have the right to write reviews, comments, and other contents at the platform for associates and to present their recommendations, opinions, or other information. However, such contents must not violate the existing laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the requirements of other regulatory documents; and clients may not submit unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, offensive information, invasive of another's privacy and intellectual property rights, or other forms via our Services that encourage conduct that would be considered an offense of the rights against a third party.
After receiving complaints and reports from any user concerned, pingo space shall take reasonable measures to delete or withdraw the information.
Payment to the Associate will be made within 24 hours of the gig to their selected account.
As a pingo space associate, all former and ongoing qualifications, including but not limited to academic degrees, academic certifications, professional certifications, in the associate’s chosen field of service will be included in the associates profile and state that the associate is certified with his or her years of experience.

Pingo space guarantees not to collect, use, and disclose client information to any other third party or the public, without the consent of the associate or client, in accordance with this privacy statement unless otherwise prescribed.
Registered account information, information uploaded by the client, client information automatically received by pingo space, and client information legally received by pingo space.
In order to provide clients with high-quality services, pingo space reserves the right to collect client cookies. Pingo space will not disclose any information that may be used to identify the client status to any third party.
Pingo space will disclose the client information in a legal manner, if:
All clients’ account is equipped with security protection function. Please ensure the safekeeping of the account and password information. Pingo space shall take the relevant safety measures available, including backing up data in other servers, encrypting the client password, in a technological manner, to prevent the data from being lost, misused and altered. In spite of aforesaid safety measures, we cannot guarantee that there is no such thing as absolute security for data on the information network.
Unless otherwise consent by the client, pingo space will not allow any client or third party to collect, sell, or unpaid client information via pingo space.
The fact that this website contains links to other websites does not mean that pingo space takes responsibility for the site privacy protections. All clients shall be cautious and protect personal privacy when logged in to those websites.
This Terms of Use Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute between pingo space and any client shall be amicably settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to bring a suit in Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court for settlement.
In order to provide better services and to comply with relevant regulation, pingo space reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement in a timely manner. Please read the agreement terms on a regular basis. Pingo space will announce on the web page of any modification notification.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Pingo space will post notice on the application software or communicate with you in other methods. You consent to receive agreement, notifications, and other information from us posted on the website.
This Agreement shall enter into force upon the date of registering by the client.
The power of final interpretation of the Agreement is vested in pingo space.
